• Easier to navigate offers
Online:
• Better for environment - production
• Can pick individual track
• Online is cheaper
• Can stay at home and shop
• Digital Rights Management
• Easy to store
• ITunes offer a backup code for lost items
• Audience tempted to buy more through suggestions
• May result in job losses
• Search engine
• “Lag” time to wait for postage
• Back catalogue is limitless
